We offer homecare support for those unable to take care of themselves. Our homecare service extends to elderly people living alone or living with families who are unable to support them. This also includes children and adults who are living alone or with family but require help with ADLs due to debilitating diseases. The homecare we offer ranges from short calls to long calls or sit-in services. We can also provide living-in services according to clients' needs. The type of care service we provide includes, helping clients to get out of bed, body washing/shower, dressing, preparing food, feeding, toileting, medication administration, etc.
We also provide appointment escort to our clients who are unable to attend scheduled appointments alone. This also includes shopping for clients or taking them out of the home for various engagement and social activities. Ranging from activities within town or holidays abroad. All our staff are vetted and fully compliant to work. Our staffs are fully trained and receive training updates as required. The level of support required will be determined during the initial assessment and care package preparation.
Clients' needs vary from person to person so we operate a person-centered approach in our service by designing a personalised care plan to suit your needs. This includes medication administration and prompting, meal preparation, shopping, meal ordering, and any other support that is deemed necessary for the client's need.
